Meghan & David

Today I shot the last wedding of 2008.  It’s a little sad.  What am I going to do to satisfy my photography addiction?!

Meghan and David were married today at the Old Greenwich Presbyterian Church in Stewartsville, NJ.  Their reception was held at The Architects Golf Course…  Two years ago, my bachelor party kicked of with a round of golf at The Architects.

The worst luck today – as we arrived at the reception, somehow I ended up locking my keys in my car – while it was still running – with 2 of my cameras.  A bit of good luck – I had a 3rd camera body in my Pelican rolling case that my assistant had already removed from the back of my car.  Game on!

I had a lot of fun today… Meghan, David, their family, & friends were a great bunch of people!

This preview is for all the guests that I gave my card to…hope you like!

***Special thanks to my wife, Jeannie, who drove an hour and a half with the spare keys and unlocked my car for me – while being 9 months pregnant.  It’s a good thing that Jonah wasn’t born on the highways of New Jersey.

Lynn Stott - I LOVE the second to last picture of Meghan & Dave kissing in the field. The sky is so dramatic. I also love the bridesmaids with Meghan and the beautiful sky there as well. You really photograph “in the moment”. Excellent! I hope you had a piece of that yummy cake!

Meghan Briggs - We LOVE THEM!!! You did such an awesome job capturing the personalities of our family. And the story behind the story . . . thank Jeannie for us too! . . . and to think, the keys incident was after we dragged you through the mud! Your sense of humor, flexibility and obvious joy in your work made our day all the more fantastic. Looking forward to the rest! And pics of that beautiful boy when he arrives!
