B&W + fancy border = “art”

Does making a picture black & white and adding a border turn these plain old pictures into art? Hahah!

I just noticed that the tilted pictures are all tilted at the same angle.  That wasn’t planned.  However it’s a result of me trying to squeeze as much of the architecture into the frame of my 35mm lens.
